Location
Parga is one of those places with a special quality that makes people who visit it come back year after year.
It is a historic town, located in the northwestern part of the Preveza regional unit in Epirus, in northwestern Greece, with written references (by that name) in history dating back to 1318.
Parga is one of the most popular destinations in Epirus – if not the most popular. And not without reason, as it is known for its colourful houses, built amphitheatrically on the slopes of a mountain, the stunning sea view, the warm social atmosphere with its picturesque streets, the sandy beaches, the good food and the hotels with traditional hospitality.
From Parga you can go by road to Sivota, Preveza, Acheron, Ammoudia and Lefkada. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are daily boat trips from the port pier to Paxos & Antipaxos and return in the afternoon.
Irini is in an ideal location for relaxation and tranquility – far enough from the central market and the crowds and close, just 1.5 km from the port of Parga and 1 km from the organized beach of Piso Kryoneri. At 2,5 km you can find Lichnos beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Epirus. The waters are deep and clear. Within 500 metres from the property, you can find restaurants, a petrol station, a mini market and the Bus Station.
